THE AMBITION

Give the next phase a commercial foundation.

Jibser wanted to move into the next phase of its development as a start-up. The objective was to create good commercial opportunities with HR departments and recruitment agencies.

That meant giving the growth ambition a practical focus: reaching the right organisations, opening relevant conversations and putting CRM in place to support the commercial work.

The next phase starts with the right commercial opportunities — and the structure to follow them through.
OUR APPROACH & RESULT

THE BUYING CONTEXT

One target market.
Different buying perspectives.

An internal HR team and a recruitment agency approach recruitment from different organisational contexts. Understanding who uses a solution, who evaluates it and who approves the investment helps make a conversation relevant.
