You lead the day-to-day delivery of business development projects for B2B clients. You translate commercial goals into a clear plan, guide the team and keep clients involved. From onboarding to regular evaluations, you make sure people know what matters, what is happening and what comes next.

What you will do.

• Translate client goals into target markets, priorities and a practical business development plan.
• Coordinate onboarding, research, outreach and follow-up with the business development team.
• Keep an overview of capacity, agreed scope and deadlines across your projects.
• Review activity, conversation quality and opportunities in HubSpot, and turn findings into clear actions.
• Lead regular client evaluations, communicate progress and agree adjustments to the approach.
• Coach business developers and work with CRM colleagues to improve processes and handovers.

What you bring.

• Experience coordinating client projects, account management or business development teams.
• An understanding of B2B sales processes, outreach and the work behind a qualified opportunity.
• The ability to prioritise across projects and turn plans into clear responsibilities.
• Confidence discussing progress, expectations and challenges with clients.
• A practical approach to CRM data and reporting, ideally with experience in HubSpot.
• Clear communication in Dutch and English, and a supportive approach to coaching colleagues.
